FAQs
- General
- What if I do not want to use the online ticketing system or I am having trouble with the online payment system?
- How do I contact the event organizer directly?
- How do I pay for my box seats?
- For box seat holders you can either go to or call the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds Office.
- How do I replace my lost, damaged or stolen tickets?
- You can reprint your lost, damaged or stolen ticket from the Reprint Tickets link on the home page.
You will need your PIN you created and your email address you used when purchasing your tickets
- When I try to enter my email address and PIN I get a message that says they are not valid. How can I reprint my tickets?
- Do I need tickets for my 2 year old for the Spanish Fork Fiesta Days Rodeos?
- No, but they will not have their own seat. If you would like them to have their own seat or would like a place to set your baby carrier you will have to purchase a ticket for them even if they are under 2 years old. Children 3 or over are required to have a ticket.
- Does it matter if I designate Adult or Child if the tickets are the same price?
- How do I buy a Child ticket?
- First you select the tickets you want. Then at the ticket summary screen if child pricing is available for that ticket you will have the option to select Child.
Some events do not have Child tickets. Some events have sections that do not have Child tickets. Generally when looking at the map of the venue the yellow and red sections do not have Child tickets.
- I am planning on purchasing a large number of tickets for the Spanish Fork Fiesta Days Rodeo, are there any group discounts?
- No, unfortunately we do not have discounted tickets for groups
- I have a discount/redeem code. How do I use it?
- Visit www.sfcitytix.com
- Select your seats
- Enter your discount/redeem code on the order summary page
- Click Apply
- Buy Tickets
- I won tickets at school for the Rodeo, how do I obtain my tickets?
- Each certificate should indicate a unique "Discount Code". Follow these instructions to use your "Discount Code"
Keep in mind you can select additional seats in addition to your complimentary seats all in the same transaction. For example if I won two free tickets but had four people that wanted to go to the event I would select 4 seats, put them in the shopping cart, enter the discount code, click apply (you should see the price of your order reduced by the amount of the two free tickets), enter the information required and click “Process payment”.
Remember: Most promo codes can only be used for Reserved Seating and not for the Grandstands or Box Seats. If the discount code doesn`t seem to be working double check to make sure that you haven’t selected Grandstand Seats. Grandstand seats are the yellow sections on the seating chart (Sections D, E, F, and half of G and C).
If your certificate does not have a "Discount Code" on it please contact the event organizer directly.
- Why have I not received a response to my question/issue?
- We post most questions and issues here on this page with their answers and resolutions where possible.
Unless you have provided either a valid email address or a valid phone number we have no way of contacting you to respond directly to your question or update you on a resolution to an issue.
- I purchased an adult ticket, but needed a child ticket. How can I change this?
- I purchased my tickets, but did not get an email confirmation.
- This can happen because of an unknown error that did not complete the transaction completely or the email address entered was not correct.
Please contact the event organizer directly for assistance.
- I purchased my tickets and then found out I need them for a different night. Can I exchange these tickets for another night?
- What are the differences of the different seat types (Box Seat, Grandstand, Reserved, ADA) in the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds Arena?
- Box Seats are generally the closest seats to the arena floor and they are regular seats. Some have a roof overhead (Section N).
- ADA seating allows for wheelchairs/scooters as well as some companion seating. The companion seats are regular seats. All ADA seating is at the back of the Box Seats.
- Grandstand seats are bench seats with a roof overhead.
- Reserved seats are bench seats.
- I purchased a season ticket package and want to select my seats. How to I do this?
- After purchasing your season ticket package(s) you will be provided with a code(s).
- Each ticket package should have a unique “Redeem Code”. If you purchase multiple of the same ticket package the code is good for that number of tickets for each event.
Follow these instructions to use your “Redeem Code”.
- Spanish Fork City Events specifically
- How do I go about purchasing a box seat or a seat above the bucking chutes
- The box seats for all of the Fiesta Day’s Rodeos (primarily held on the 24th of July and the three days preceding the 24th) are sold to season ticket holders.
Season ticket holders are required to purchase an entire box for all 5 nights of the Fiesta Day’s Rodeo. If they fail to do so they are no longer a season ticket holder and the next person on the season ticket holder waiting list is granted permission to purchase the box and thus becomes a season ticket holder for as long as they continue to pay for their box for the nights of the Fiesta Days.
Season ticket holders are given an opportunity to purchase their Box for most of the other events held at the Fairgrounds. If they elect not to purchase their box by a certain date then the tickets in their Box Seat go on sale to the general public.
There is currently a waiting list to become a season ticket holder. You are welcome to get your name on the list. To do so please contact the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds Office.
- There is student pricing listed for the play. Who qualifies as a student for this pricing?
- Generally any junior high school and high school aged student will qualify.
